Features
- Test the vehicle diagnostic link connector DLC for abnormalities such as shorting or reverse polarity at the pins
- Provides quick access to all 16 pin terminals during vehicle diagnosis and repair, eliminates guessing which terminals are being probed
- Displays live Voltage readings when testing pins
- Convenient DLC light illuminates the DLC connector to aid in locating the vehicle’s OBD-II port
- Once plugged into the vehicle’s OBD-II port, the unit will check the pins for present voltage—respective LEDs will illuminate with specific colors, pulse or be solid, to identify communication or error (See user manual for details)
- Default pin display is set to pin 16 with corresponding actual battery voltage detected from the DLC
- No need to crawl under the dash, attempting to probe what you can’t see
- Compatible with 12 V systems
- Use independently or diagnose further with a customer owned multi-meter and the positive and negative pin adaptors included
- Works in-line with the vehicle’s DLC and scan tool (sold separately)
- Monitors vehicle voltage during module programming with a low voltage alarm
